In the final seconds, unbridled joy erupted for Chelsea and interim manager Calum McFarlane as Enzo Fernández bundled in a last-gasp equaliser. The goal left Pep Guardiola ranting in frustration and gifted the temporary Chelsea manager a career-defining moment. On paper, Guardiola versus McFarlane represented the Premier League's greatest managerial mismatch, making the recollection of Fernández's crucial intervention one to warm the 40-year-old for years to come.

A Stark Contrast in Pedigree
